RNLS processes account, membership and genealogical information to operate the Society, provide member services, maintain records, review lineage evidence when submitted, and display public profile information where the member has opted in.

Evidence submitted for lineage verification should be handled as private review material unless the member explicitly authorizes publication. Members may request correction of their account information or disable public profile visibility from their dashboard.
